How long does delivery take?

What if the table arrives damaged?
Every table is fully insured during transit. If yours arrives with any damage, email us within 48 hours at blackwellbilliards@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
How long does assembly take?
Most customers have their table ready to play in about 15 minutes. Simply attach the legs, level the table using the adjustable chrome feet, and break. Clear instructions are included — no specialist tools needed.
Is this a slate or MDF table?
The Blackwell Essential features a premium MDF playing surface, which provides a smooth, consistent roll for home play. Slate tables are heavier and significantly more expensive to ship. For home use, our MDF surface delivers excellent tournament-level performance.
What room size do I need?
For comfortable play with standard 57" cues, you'll need at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides. We recommend a minimum room size of 16 × 13 ft (490 × 400 cm) for an 8ft table.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Due to the size and weight of our tables, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. However, any manufacturing defect is fully covered for 3 years, and transit damage is replaced at no cost. We recommend confirming your room dimensions before ordering.
