Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

While we make every effort to ensure timely processing, Nuvia™ does not guarantee exact processing times and shall not be held liable for delays caused by high order volumes, inventory constraints, or unforeseen operational issues.


Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once processed and shipped, orders are typically delivered within 7 to 12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to customers within the United States and select international destinations.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Nuvia™ shall not be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
