This website is operated by Blackwell Billiards. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Blackwell Billiards. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  1. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product information accurately, but slight variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen differences.

  1. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain incorrect information.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks via insured freight. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

  1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched by contacting us at contact@blackwellbilliards.com. Refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5 business days. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the size and weight of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Manufacturing defects are covered by our 3-Year Quality Guarantee. Transit damage is covered by full shipping insurance. Complete details are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Blackwell Billiards and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackwell Billiards shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Assembly and use of our products is at the customer's own risk and should follow the instructions provided.
