Every Blackwell table is covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If a structural or material defect appears during normal use, we will replace the defective part or send a full replacement at no cost.

Due to the size and weight of our tables (286 lbs), we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns once delivered. We strongly recommend confirming your room dimensions before ordering.

If your table has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund by contacting us at contact@blackwellbilliards.com. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For comfortable play with standard 57" cues, you need at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides of the table. We recommend a minimum room size of 16 x 13 ft for an 8ft table.

The Blackwell Essential features a premium MDF playing surface, which provides a smooth, consistent roll for home use. Slate tables are significantly heavier and more expensive to ship. For home play, our MDF surface delivers excellent tournament-level performance.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Your table is then delivered to your door within 6 to 8 weeks via insured freight shipping. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your table ships.

Shipping is completely free on all orders within the continental United States. Your table is delivered door-to-door with full transit insurance included.

All shipments are fully insured. If your table arrives with any damage, take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours at contact@blackwellbilliards.com. We will ship a free replacement directly to you.

Most customers have their table ready to play in about 15 minutes. Simply attach the legs, level the table using the adjustable chrome feet, and you're ready to break. Clear instructions are included — no specialist tools needed.

Every Blackwell table ships with a full accessory set: 16 American-style balls, 2 professional 57" cues, a triangle rack, a felt brush, and 2 chalk cubes. Everything you need to play from day one.
